Job summary

CHOPT Creative Salad Co. is seeking a Sr. Assistant Manager to support the restaurant and General Manager in Brentwood, TN. The role focuses on fostering an inclusive team, delivering exceptional hospitality, coaching hourly staff, and ensuring food safety and brand integrity.

You will participate in a 5-week Management in Training program and graduate into a year-long development path to grow leadership and operational skills within CHOPT.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe and city/state food safety certifications.
• Clear communication with customers and employees.
• Computer and/or tablet proficiency.
• Manual dexterity for cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Capability to occasionally move items up to 25 pounds.
