CHOPT in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Sr. Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. Expect 45 hours per week with potential OT based on business needs. Base compensation is $20.00-$23.50 per hour.

Qualified candidates bring prior restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification, strong communication, and computer/tablet skills. The role includes leadership duties and opportunities for growth within CHOPT.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information.
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet.
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds.
