Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner responsible for the lifecycle performance of extensive assets and fleet management across the BU.

You will analyze margins, profitability by customer/location, and vehicle performance, coordinating asset processes with Sales, Rental, Maintenance and Finance. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, this role demands leadership to optimize asset deployment, drive efficiency and foster collaboration across functions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Five years+ experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or related industry roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet performance and asset utilization across BU scope.
• Lead asset lifecycle analysis, margin performance and profitability reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional asset initiatives with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and Finance.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly asset reviews and special projects.
