Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of equivalent related experience in Operations, Engineering or Lean Manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead a multi-functional team and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to operations, reliability and engineering teams.
• Lead safety, quality, cost, and productivity improvements across the asset team.
• Develop and execute strategic goals and TIPs (Tactical Implementation Plans).
• Lead organizational change and succession planning across hourly operations.
