Kimberly-Clark Corporation in New Milford, CT, seeks a Sr. Asset Leader to oversee safety, quality, cost, and productivity in a high‑speed tissue manufacturing environment.

You will lead asset teams and collaborate with reliability and engineering to drive continuous improvement. This role includes structured development programs, mobility for relocation, and exposure to diverse operations as part of our leadership pipeline.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or relevant discipline with 7+ years of related experience.
• Significant experience in Operations, Business, Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Maintenance.
• Strong understanding of the operations role in the Supply Chain.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge in people management and technical areas of expertise.
• Ability to organize, influence and lead a multi‑functional team and foster a proactive team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety, quality, cost, productivity, and GMP across asset teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S, visual management, and Lean initiatives.
• Partner with CI, Reliability, Eng, and other site resources to deliver platform results.
• Provide day-to-day direction to operations, reliability and engineering teams.
