Job summary

You will lead asset teams, partner with CI, Reliability, Eng, and Plant leadership to deliver platform results. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, Lean practices, talent development and succession planning, with opportunities to relocate to other plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or engineering degree and leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver sustained improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, problem solving and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to operations, reliability and engineering teams.
• Lead safety, quality and cost initiatives to improve asset performance.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, OPEX and TIPs across the asset platform.
• Develop talent, succession planning and coaching within the team.
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership, CI, Reliability and Eng to meet site goals.
