Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking a Senior Asset Leader for Tissue Manufacturing to guide safety, quality and cost performance across assets. You will lead the Operations, Reliability and Engineering teams and drive continuous improvement in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business or relevant discipline with 7+ years of related experience.
• Significant experience in Operations, Business, Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Maintenance.
• Strong understanding of the operations role in the Supply Chain.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a multi-functional team.
• Experience across multiple plant environments and product systems; leadership of non-exempt staff is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in LEAN practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall team leadership for asset teams in safety, quality, cost, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Drive improvement initiatives through Operations, Reliability and Engineering teams.
• Partner with site resources to deliver platform results and manage costs.
