Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or relevant discipline and 7+ years of related experience.
• Significant experience in Operations, Business, Engineering, Lean Manufacturing or Maintenance.
• Strong understanding of the operations role in the Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to lead a multi-functional team and foster a proactive environment.
• Experience across multiple plant environments and staff leadership is desirable.
• Proficient in LEAN practices and in building and managing budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall team leadership for asset teams in safety, quality, cost, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Lead Operations, Reliability and Engineering teams and partner with CI, Reliability and Eng for platform results.
• Manage cost of manufacturing; develop forecasts and ensure conformance to budgets.
• Embed safety and quality as core values and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Mentor and develop team capability and cross-functional collaboration.
