Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, asset management, or multi-site operations management.
• Strong financial and budget management capabilities; ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized asset management program for five office locations.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across all locations; coordinate preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and operating costs.
• Manage budgets, track variances, and provide regular financial reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate office moves, space planning, and workplace configurations; partner with site reps.
