Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Real Estate Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as IFMA (FMP, CFM), BOMI, PMP, or similar are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a centralized asset management program across five office locations.
• Oversee daily facilities operations and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts to optimize costs.
• Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and operating costs.
• Develop and manage annual facility and asset budgets and report financials to leadership.
