Qualifications

• BS in Structural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or 10+ years in asset management or project management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in asset integrity/consulting environments.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries such as power generation, oil & gas, refining, chemical processing, manufacturing, steel, mining.
• Strong understanding of inspection planning, risk-based prioritization, asset lifecycle decision-making, and program governance.
• Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software such as Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year, multi-site inspection and asset management programs for industrial clients, with emphasis on Power Generation.
• Serve as primary client contact, aligning execution with lifecycle goals and operational priorities.
• Guide inspection strategies, risk-based prioritization, and program improvements; provide asset condition information for planning.
• Hire, supervise, and develop staff; set goals and conduct performance reviews.
