Skills

Basic understanding of 120-208-480 VAC & DC voltage

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Basic hand tool knowledge

Basic computer skills

Basic understanding of industrial maintenance

Must have a valid driver’s license

Education

Associates Degree – Mechanical or Electrical field preferred

2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that facilities, layout, and machinery used to produce materials and goods run at maximum efficiency and output. This includes total preventative maintenance and managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities

Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site
Optimize equipment according to standard procedures to enhance performance and quality and achieve KPIs
Ensure plant and facilities are fit for purpose and provide proactive support solutions when required
Assist Manufacturing Engineering Projects
Assist Facilities Team
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
Provide technical expertise to the team
Support and comply with Health and Safety regulations
Encourage and develop Maintenance Team

Qualifications

Basic understanding of 120-208-480 VAC & DC voltage, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic hand tool knowledge
Basic computer skills
Basic understanding of industrial maintenance
Must have a valid driver’s license

Education & Experience

Associates Degree – Mechanical or Electrical field preferred; 2-3 years of experience in lieu of education
2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred
