Job summary

Orbital Engineering Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Program Manager to lead multi-site inspection and asset management programs within its Asset Integrity unit.

You will own program execution, client coordination, and continuous improvement while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety across projects. Remote-based with occasional travel to support programs and client facilities.

Qualifications

• BS in Structural or Mechanical Engineering or 10+ years in asset management or project management.
• 10+ years in consulting engineering or asset integrity preferred.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries (power, oil & gas, refining, chemicals).
• Strong inspection planning, risk-based prioritization, and lifecycle decision-making.
• Proficient with project controls and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with operations and engineering teams.
• Willingness to commute and travel occasionally to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site inspection and asset management programs.
• Serve as primary client contact, aligning execution with lifecycle goals.
• Guide inspection strategies, prioritization, and repairs for capital planning.
• Hire, supervise, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety of programs.
