Job summary

JLG Industries is seeking an Assembler II to safely assemble equipment on an assembly line, following detailed instructions from Supervisors and group leaders. You will work across stations, troubleshoot components, and ensure products meet specifications using a range of tools.

The role requires the ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams, perform repairs, and train new team members while maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with 6S standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or general labor experience.
• Ability to travel 5%.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics using safe tools and techniques.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components and read diagrams.
• Assist in training new team members on processes and equipment functions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following 6S standards.
• Operate units produced and validate configurations per sales orders.
• Use equipment like torque tools, DC tools, brake bleeders, AC chargers, and cab testers.
