The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in manufacturing, experience supervising 25+ employees, lean/CI training, and proficiency with MAPICS and MS Office. Union environment experience is required.

• 5-7 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace manufacturing preferred).
• Experience managing 25+ employees.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement trained.
• Experience using metrics-driven business analysis.
• Union manufacturing environment experience required.
