Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings, communicate goals, and assign responsibilities.
• Monitor work order status and ensure on-time completion of work.
• Train and develop assemblers to enhance team capability.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards aligned with ISO/AS9100 requirements.
• Conduct on-the-job coaching and performance check-ins.
• Maintain a culture of safety and compliance with OSHA policies.
