Unknown Aerospace seeks a Supervisor – Assembly (Aerospace) to lead day-to-day assembly operations in a high-volume UAV jet engine environment, driving production execution and workforce leadership.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing, excels in a hands-on setting, and demonstrates strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with 5+ years in aerospace/manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading teams of 10+ in assembly/production.
• Experience in high-volume or precision assembly.
• Aerospace propulsion/jet engine experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality standards.
• LEAN manufacturing experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 15+ assembly technicians on first shift.
• Ensure daily production output, quality, and schedule targets.
• Foster accountability, transparency, teamwork, and excellence.
• Train, mentor, and develop assembly staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve constraints.
