Job summary

Rexel USA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an Assembly Solutions Production Supervisor to lead the production team, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and optimize workflows.

You will coordinate with engineering, planning, shipping and HR, manage direct labor, and drive improvements across packaging, PTN, finished goods and shipments to meet production targets and participate in daily production meetings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical assembly skills.
• Ability to understand mechanical and electrical schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment.
• Coordinate tasks cross-functionally with engineering, planning, shipping, and HR.
• Own packaging / PTN / Finished Goods process through shipment.
• Direct management of direct labor resources including time card oversight and job assignments.
• Coordinate production priorities with Planner and Manager Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
• Provide quarterly staff training to review knowledge and skills.
