Qualifications

• 3+ years in purchasing/planning or supplier quality.
• Experience with MRP/ERP and inventory systems.
• APICS/CPIM/CSCP/ISM certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select vendors meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms.
• Convert forecasts into purchase orders using MRP/ERP.
• Monitor stock levels to maintain minimum stock and avoid overstock.
• Maintain vendor relationships and review supplier performance.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure timely delivery of materials.
