Job summary
Rexel USA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join Rexel's team. You will coordinate between sales, operations, and suppliers to develop BOMs and documentation for new products, while supporting quotations and orders and driving growth for Assembly Services Group.
Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing process improvements, managing capital projects, and ensuring production schedules and cost targets are met, with emphasis on Rockwell Automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering or related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years with a Master's degree.
- Electrical distribution industry experience preferred.
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Required.
- Graduate Degree - Preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and coworkers.
- Interpret drawings/specifications and follow customer requirements.
- Generate CAD data for enclosure modification.
- Lead product/process development for growth and productivity targets.
- Develop and implement improvements related to safety, quality, service, and cost.
- Lead cross-functional teams and interface with stakeholders.
