Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor in Santa Clara, CA. You will lead and develop manufacturing engineers and technicians, set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure drawings, specifications, and customer requirements are met through standardized processes and data governance.

You will drive new product and process development, scale-up, and capital projects, while leading continuous improvement via Lean/6σ.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Engineering or Bachelor’s with 5+ years in related manufacturing roles.
• Experience with prototype setup, BOM validation, ECO/ECN management, and design for manufacturability.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, drawings, and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop manufacturing engineers and technicians; set priorities and allocate resources.
• Oversee CAD generation/review, enclosure modifications, and data standards enforcement.
• Drive new product/process development, qualification, and ROI analyses.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma-driven improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Maintain schedules, BOMs, routings, and shop-floor readiness for launches.
