Job summary

Regal Rexnord in California is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct daily production team activities, ensure quality standards, and support new developments. This fully onsite role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with quality and engineering teams to meet output goals.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Certifications are a plus but not required.
• Aerospace industry experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of bearings and special processes.
• Excellent communication and strong work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily production activities to meet output goals, quality standards, and schedules.
• Collaborates with production control for demand/pull and Kanban.
• Participates in staffing, training, and performance evaluations of employees.
• Works with Quality Control to maintain product quality and implement corrective actions.
• Ensures safety practices and housekeeping are followed by all personnel.
• Manages labor reporting and data supporting appraisal reviews.
• Supports planning with product managers for staffing and equipment decisions.
