Job summary

JCB North America in Pooler, GA seeks an Operations Manager – Assembly to lead all assembly lines, drive SQDCM results, and build a high‑performance team. You will partner across functions to execute lean, safety, and quality initiatives while managing budgets and schedules.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, with experience in multi‑shift operations, NPI support, and continuous improvement programs such as Kaizen and 5S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-shift manufacturing operations and large production teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead all assembly operations to meet SQDCM objectives.
• Develop and execute operational strategies for growth and productivity.
• Monitor production performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing to ensure continuity.
• Plan workforce staffing and succession planning.
• Manage budgets and capital expenditures.
