Job summary

JCB, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager - Assembly to lead all assembly manufacturing activities on the 2nd shift in Pooler, GA. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement across production teams and supervision.

You will develop and execute manufacturing strategies to support growth, new product introductions, and workforce development while building a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or Operations Management.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership in high-volume environment.
• 5+ years leading supervisors, managers, and large production teams.
• Experience managing production schedules, labor planning, and metrics.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead all assembly operations to achieve SQDCM objectives.
• Ensure production schedules meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Develop strategies to support growth, demand, and productivity.
• Monitor daily performance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams.
• Drive Lean initiatives and process improvements.
