JCB North America is seeking an Assembly Team Member in Pooler, GA to perform hands-on assembly of heavy-duty construction equipment. You will follow engineering drawings and torque specs, install mechanical and hydraulic components, and contribute to a high‑quality, safe, team‑oriented production line.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Full-time, on-site with competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsabilités

• Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final equipment per drawings, work instructions, and torque specs.
• Install mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components as required.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment.
• Maintain production pace and accuracy while ensuring quality.
• Complete production documentation and build records.
