Job summary

JCB is seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Assembly to lead all assembly manufacturing activities in Pooler, GA. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost goals while building a high-performance team that delivers world-class equipment.

You will develop strategies for capacity growth, NPI readiness and continuous improvement, partnering with engineering, supply chain and maintenance to optimize throughput and cost, while fostering accountability and employee engagement across

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume environments.
5+ years leading supervisors, managers and large production teams.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, CI, and problem-solving methodologies.
Experience managing budgets, capital projects and operational expenditures.

Responsibilities

Lead all assembly operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale objectives.
Develop and execute operational strategies to support growth, capacity, and productivity.
Monitor daily production performance and implement corrective actions.
Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure continuity.
Provide leadership, coaching and development to supervisors and managers.
