Qualifications

• 4 years of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team with accountability and safety first.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure targets, on-time deliveries, and cost controls meet or exceed standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and quality.
