Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, and IPC certifications as applicable.
• 3+ years of assembly/manufacturing or technical production experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain IPC and other required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead or support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Serve as a technical resource across multiple product families and cells.
• Demonstrate proficiency across production cells and manufacturing processes.
