Job summary

Georg Fischer in Irwindale is seeking an assembler to build instruments, sensors, and GF products in a controlled manufacturing setting. You will follow method sheets, perform basic tests, and help meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and are willing to complete soldering and critical-process training, with basic math and computer skills to access work instructions and records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Onboarding, safety, quality, and ESD training required.
• Ability to obtain soldering and critical process certifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow method sheets, work instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain material integrity with ESD procedures and 5S practices.
• Perform in-process inspections and report defects or nonconformities.
• Support productivity goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform soldering tasks and achieve required certifications.
