Georg Fischer in Irwindale, CA is seeking an assembler to build instruments, sensors, and GF products in a climate-controlled facility. You will follow method sheets, meet ISO and safety standards, and help achieve on-time delivery and minimal scrap while supporting cross-functional teams.

The role requires basic math, ability to read instructions, good communication, and willingness to obtain soldering/workstation certifications during onboarding.

Formación

• Read and follow method sheets, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for assembly and testing.
• Communicate quality or production concerns clearly to teammates.
• Complete onboarding trainings including safety, ESD, and ISO requirements.
• Obtain required soldering certifications within the training period.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble instruments, sensors, and GF products per procedures.
• Maintain safety and 5S practices in the work cell.
• Conduct in-process inspections and report nonconformities promptly.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce scrap and improve delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
