Georg Fischer is seeking an Assembler to build instruments, sensors, and GF products in a climate-controlled facility. You will follow method sheets, ensure quality, and support safety while helping achieve on-time delivery and productivity.

This role requires reading instructions, basic math, and strong teamwork. Training will cover safety, ISO standards, ESD, and soldering; candidates must be ready for overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Must complete onboarding, safety, quality, ESD, and critical process training.
• Ability to obtain required soldering and workstation certifications within the training period.

Aufgaben

• Read and follow method sheets, work instructions, and quality standards to perform assembly tasks.
• Maintain material integrity by following ESD handling, 5S, and PPE guidelines.
• Conduct in-process inspections and report quality issues promptly.
• Support productivity goals by reducing scrap and improving on-time delivery.
• Perform soldering tasks and obtain required certifications.
