Responsibilities

• Read and follow method sheets, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Maintain material integrity and 5S in the work cell.
• Perform in-process inspections and report quality issues promptly.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce scrap and meet delivery goals.
• Perform soldering tasks and obtain required certifications.
