Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Completion of Assembler II requirements or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support safety, quality, delivery, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze defects and process disruptions; lead or assist root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on assembly methods, testing procedures, and workmanship standards across production cells.
• Demonstrate proficiency across multiple production cells and processes to support department needs.
• Support training, mentoring and certification activities to develop employee capability.
