Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a skilled engineer to help shape AI/ML hardware acceleration and TPU technology.

You will work on custom silicon solutions powering Google's TPU within demanding AI/ML applications, driving verification of complex digital designs and focusing on TPU architecture integration. You will help build SoCs powering Google data centers, developing comprehensive ATE test solutions for high-volume manufacturing, and ensuring high-quality SoCs through cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/CE or related field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in test engineering or product engineering.
Experience in ASIC or SoC test development, bring-up, or debug.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive implementation of silicon test requirements with internal design teams and external vendors.
Contribute to SoC product NPI, bring-up, verification, and qualification support including bench test, troubleshooting, and test coverage optimization.
Improve test quality through ATE test experience and meet post-silicon testing best practices.
Collaborate with design, DFT, and quality teams to drive post-silicon testing standards.
Provide back-stop support for chip production, including test program upgrades and data-driven yield improvements.
