The role requires a minimum of five years in food service, prior supervisory experience, and solid knowledge of kitchen operations. High school diploma or GED is required, with formal culinary training preferred but not required.

• Manage kitchen operations when the Room Chef is absent, including opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment.
• Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
