Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Asian Cuisine Master Cook (Full Time) at Harrah's Gulf Coast in Biloxi, MS. This role leads production of menu items, ensures recipes and food safety adherence, and coordinates with the Room Chef and service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of food service experience, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of kitchen operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of food service experience in a similar role.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Formal culinary training preferred, but not required.
• Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Basic mathematical skills (measurements, fractions, percentages).

Mansioni

• Prepare and oversee production of menu items according to production sheets
• Develop production sheets for review and approval by Room Chef or Sous Chef
• Supervise and direct culinary staff to ensure adherence to recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
• Manage kitchen operations when the Room Chef is absent, including opening and closing duties
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment
• Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Promote a professional and respectful workplace culture
