Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Reliability Specialist to provide senior technical leadership for aseptic filling and secondary packaging equipment. You will lead maintenance strategies, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive reliability improvements across shifts and functions.

The role requires deep expertise in aseptic filling, TPM/RCM, and strong collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to mitigate risks and sustain asset health. Relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience support aseptic Tetra Pak systems is strongly preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of TPM, RCM, preventive maintenance planning, maintenance execution, and training.
• Demonstrated ability to support maintenance operations while meeting SHE, food safety, quality, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the TPMS and reliability program for aseptic filling equipment.
• Serve as the site’s senior technical resource for Tetra Pak equipment and maintenance standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve equipment reliability, maintenance activities, and costs.
• Lead TPMS maintenance events, ensuring proper scope, scheduling, and resources.
• Ensure events are completed safely and in accordance with Nestlé and Tetra Pak standards.
• Lead problem-solving to eliminate recurring failures using DMAIC and other methodologies.
• Analyze performance data to identify root causes and guide improvements.
• Provide governance for AMM, DMO, PLMS, and other maintenance systems.
