Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of AS/400 projects.
• Oversee development, enhancement, and modernization on AS/400.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks and dependencies.
• Translate insurance requirements into actionable user stories and specs.
• Manage quality, change, and deployment activities with clear acceptance criteria.
• Provide project reporting covering progress, financials, risks, and decisions.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, information security, data protection, and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement in AS/400 delivery processes.
