Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience managing complex enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of AS/400 projects, including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies, and milestones.
• Oversee development, enhancement, and modernization using SQLRPGLE, RPGLE, Db2 for i, CLP, RPG, and AS/400 utilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to protect delivery timelines, scope, budget, and quality.
• Translate policy administration, claims, and billing requirements into actionable user stories and technical specs for P&C insurance stakeholders.
• Manage quality, change, and release activities with acceptance criteria, test strategies, release plans, and post-prod stability.
• Provide clear project reporting on progress, financials, risks, dependencies, and required decisions to business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, information security, data protection, documentation, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned within AS/400 delivery processes.
