You will lead end-to-end domestic and international shipments, coordinating with internal teams to ensure budgets, timelines, and service levels are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of account management in fine art logistics, auction, design, or luxury services.
• Proven record of managing high-value client portfolios.
• Understanding of logistics operations, import/export compliance, and project costing.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Moveware or The Studio advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building long-term relationships.
• Understand client goals, aesthetics, and needs to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues for seamless service delivery.
• Represent Cadogan Tate at meetings, site visits, and events to strengthen relationships.
