Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based clinic in Washington. This role collaborates with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff within the PCMH model to deliver comprehensive primary care across diverse populations.

Relocation assistance is available. The ideal candidate will hold WA RN and ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority, and have proven primary care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patients' health goals.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year).
• Coordinate care through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients.
• Support clinical education of students and staff.
