Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based primary care team in Washington. You will collaborate with physicians, PAs, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care within the PCMH model.

The role requires ARNP licensure in WA, prescriptive authority, and current RN/ARNP credentials, with a focus on teaching, care coordination, and high-quality documentation. Strong primary care experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited ARNP program is required.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington is required.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State is required.
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting is required.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within a 48-hour window and high accuracy.
