KingRecruitingServices seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based clinic in Washington. This permanent, full-time role operates within a PCMH model, collaborating with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care across a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans to support patients in achieving health goals.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48-hour timeline (95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel-specific health.
