Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Engineer focused on US Army programs. You will coordinate with Engineering and BD teams to translate Army requirements into technically sound, field-ready solutions, and you’ll demonstrate interoperability of our tactical communications portfolio to Army evaluation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 9 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Map Army capability set requirements to tactical radio capabilities.
• Conduct market research for end-to-end product solutions and partner synergies.
• Design demonstrations highlighting future tactical edge networking.
• Lead network configuration and field trial execution with BD and Applications Engineering.
• Collaborate to leverage testing and benchmarking data for sound architectures.
• Engage Army PMs and warfare centers to translate tech capabilities into requirements.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with accurate, aligned proposals.
• Build advisory relationships with DoD stakeholders and evaluators.
• Translate Army feedback into actionable product roadmaps.
