Trane Technologies in Greenville, SC is seeking an Area Service Manager to lead service repair, upgrades, and installation efforts across our field operations. You will work with sales to price service agreements, coordinate field service, recruit and develop technicians, manage invoicing and collections, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role demands 5+ years HVAC experience, strong leadership of large teams, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft tools; Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing large teams and scheduling.
• Project management skills for startups and customer requests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• P&L responsibility and monthly revenue forecasting.
• Drive service agreement growth and repairs/installation profitability.
• Budget control for overhead, fleet, tools, and safety equipment.
• Oversee service coordination and technician training.
• Ensure on-site safety and environmental health compliance.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
