Job summary

ACO, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Surface Stormwater in the Greater NY Area/ Newark, NJ region.

You will drive sales for multiple product lines, manage distributor and direct-buy accounts, and coordinate with marketing for project submittals. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong collaboration, organizational and communication skills, plus the ability to travel up to 60% monthly and work with Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong reading/writing and blueprint interpretation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to use CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and communicate clearly with teams.
• Willingness to travel ~60% per month.
• Able to prepare submittal packages and manage project details.

Responsibilities

• Monitor territory sales performance and exceed budgets.
• Lead weekly sales reviews and coordinate with ISR/CSR.
• Identify, track, and close major projects in region.
• Establish specifications for ACO products with architects/engineers.
