Job summary

CRH, via Oldcastle Infrastructure, seeks a Stormwater Consultant. This remote role supports civil engineers, municipalities, and developers across the US, with up to 50% travel in-territory.

You will generate specifications, assist with quotes, and drive revenue while coordinating with sales and estimating teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in detention solution markets and target regulatory approvals.
• Develop and present technical specifications and proposals.
• Manage case studies and build industry influence through speaking engagements.
• Serve as local technical resource and collaborate with sales teams.
• Generate sales leads and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare technical presentations for customers and engineers.
• Assess system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Develop specifications and lifecycle-cost improvements.
• Read shop/engineering drawings to propose solutions.
• Maintain CRM-driven project pipeline (Salesforce).
• Stay current on Oldcastle Stormwater products and industry trends.
• Build relationships with key accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
• Attend local engineering events and trade shows.
