Job summary

ADP is seeking an AREA SALES MANAGER – SURFACE STORMWATER in Casa Grande, AZ to lead regional sales across multiple product lines including ACO Drain and related systems. You will develop and execute a territory business plan, manage distributors and opportunities, and coordinate with architects, engineers and design-build firms.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1–2 years related experience, with typical responsibilities including achieving sales budgets, touring

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, journals, or technical procedures.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and volumes.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written or schedule form.
• Ability to use MS Office software programs.
• Be able to manage data files efficiently.
• Be able to take photographs of products and installations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct territory sales performance.
• Exceed monthly and yearly sales budgets.
• Monitor ACO Distributor’s performance to ensure compliance with distributor agreements.
• Lead weekly review sessions with ISR & CSR; captain of the sales team.
• Identify, track, manage and close major projects within region using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Search for new opportunities using Google, CMD, LinkedIn, and similar tools.
• Prepare and send submittal package after a Purchase Order has been received.
• Establish specifications for ACO products through Architects/Engineers, Design/Build Firms etc.
• Analyze and communicate customer requirements to CS/BD/Tech Service.
• Provide the Marketing Department with photos & project worksheets.
• Assist with customer problem resolution and participate in budget planning.
• Attend and set-up trade shows.
• Average 60% travel expected per month.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures.
