Job summary

A stormwater management company is seeking an experienced sales representative familiar with stormwater management. Key responsibilities include tracking down commercial properties for maintenance, closing service contracts, and addressing Philadelphia Water Department violations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree, be knowledgeable in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and possess strong communication skills. The role is on-site Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Stormwater Systems is a benefit.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong verbal communication skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Track down commercial properties for stormwater maintenance.

We are looking to hire an experienced sales representative familiar with Stormwater Management. Responsibilities include:

• Tracking down commercial properties in need of stormwater maintenance
• Closing long-term service contracts
• Addressing violations from the Philadelphia Water Department (PWD)
• Performing repairs to Stormwater Systems as needed

The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with clients, property managers, PWD personnel, engineers, and contractors, as well as attending meetings with township engineers. Additionally, creating and reviewing service cost determinations for each project will be part of the role.
