Platform Recruitment's client, a leading semiconductor memory manufacturer, seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across California. You will lead a sales team, manage strategic accounts, and pursue new business opportunities while collaborating with engineering and marketing to align offerings with customer needs.

The role offers a base salary of $150,000+ with bonuses and commissions, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities to influence sales strategy at a global company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• 8+ years of sales experience in semiconductor or high-tech industries.
• Proven track record in sales management and strategic accounts.
• Experience closing large deals and leading complex sales processes.
• Understanding of semiconductor products and industry trends.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel significantly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategy for California markets.
• Lead and manage a team of Sales Reps through full sales cycle.
• Identify new opportunities including distribution channels and markets.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline and design wins.
• Build relationships with executive management of strategic accounts.
• Present updates and market insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, legal, and operations.
• Lead contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
• Analyze sales data and share market feedback with leadership.
• Monitor post-sale activity to ensure customer satisfaction.
